Job Description
This role involves leading change management initiatives for Sales and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring successful adoption of new strategies, processes, and tools through cross-functional collaboration and tailored communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management processes for Sales and GTM initiatives
- Develop and execute customized change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies
- Partner with business leaders to identify adoption risks and develop resistance management plans
- Translate complex technical or operational changes into clear business impacts and benefits
- Define, track, and report on adoption metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Deep expertise in organizational change methodologies and best practices, specifically applied to Sales, Channel, or Go-to-Market transformation initiatives.
- A recognized Change Management certification e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent, demonstrating a mastery of change principles and execution.
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills capable of translating complex changes into clear, compelling business impacts for both executive leadership and end-users.
- Strong business acumen with the proven ability to align change activities directly to measurable business outcomes and key organizational priorities.
- The ability to design and deliver effective communications, including proficiency with modern presentation and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
