This role involves leading strategic transformation initiatives within the subscription management and Order-to-Revenue processes, collaborating across teams to optimize enterprise systems and drive business efficiency in a global, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the transformation roadmap for subscription and Order-to-Revenue processes
Lead end-to-end process automation initiatives to improve business efficiency and scalability
Drive cross-functional alignment and secure executive buy-in for strategic process changes
Oversee large-scale business process transformation, including system implementations and modifications
Analyze complex business problems involving enterprise applications and develop scalable solutions
Present strategic analyses and business cases to senior leadership to influence operational decisions
Requirements
Demonstrated deep knowledge and execution experience with enterprise subscription management, billing platforms e.g., Zuora Billing, and CRM CPQ systems e.g., Salesforce CPQ.
Proven ability to define, manage, and implement strategic, end-to-end business process roadmaps in a complex, global Order-to-Revenue or Quote-to-Cash environment.
Exceptional ability to drive alignment, negotiate priorities, and gain consensus across diverse cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Product, IT, and senior executive stakeholders.
Mastery in analyzing highly complex business challenges involving interconnected enterprise applications, translating requirements into scalable, effective system solutions.
Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
