The role involves leading the global rollout and activation of the new Everpure brand, managing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with creative and media partners to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of global brand activations and campaigns across digital platforms
Ensure brand assets are localized, trafficked correctly, and launched on schedule
Collaborate with regional teams and agencies to maintain brand standards and consistency
Manage UTM tracking, reporting, and measurement frameworks to connect brand activities to business outcomes
Coordinate with media agencies and creative teams to streamline production workflows and deliver high-quality brand content
Requirements
Operational Excellence in Marketing: Comprehensive experience managing complex campaigns and creative production workflows within a fast-paced B2B or technology environment.
Data-Driven Mindset: Technical proficiency in building marketing performance dashboards and an understanding of tracking mechanics like UTM governance to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Strategic Collaboration: Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage external agency relationships to keep multi-million dollar programs on track and on brand.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Mastery in distilling complex campaign metrics into visually compelling stories and presentations for leadership audiences.
Modern Tech Fluency: Proficiency in collaborative tools like Asana and Google Workspace, with a proactive tech-forward mindset that includes exploring and leveraging AI tools to increase workflow efficiency.
Location Requirement: Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Experience: Operational experience in managing end-to-end execution of brand activations and campaigns across display, video, and social platforms, ensuring assets are localized, trafficked correctly, and launched on schedule.
Brand Stewardship: Ability to act as a key steward of the Everpure identity, collaborating with regional marketing teams and agencies to ensure every activation aligns with brand standards.
Measurement and Attribution: Ability to lead governance of UTM tracking and reporting on activations, and to evolve reporting cadence to connect top-of-funnel brand activities to tangible business outcomes.
