The Associate Engagement Manager oversees customer engagement processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver clear and high-quality proposals and solutions, while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring strategic alignment to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end workstream for customer engagements, ensuring cohesive and accurate proposals that highlight the Everpure Platform's value.
Coordinate customer interactions and internal stakeholders to maintain a predictable engagement cadence and surface risks.
Act as the central point of contact for project execution, tracking decisions and actions to meet deadlines.
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to validate priorities and translate findings into strategic insights.
Produce high-quality, compliant, and well-documented customer deliverables aligned with global standards.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects or proposal workstreams with a focus on structure, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled at conducting discovery to surface customer priorities and translating complex information into clear, persuasive written and verbal narratives for internal and external audiences.
High attention to detail regarding documentation hygiene, version control, and the ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple contributors under tight timelines.
Proactive approach to learning new industries and tools, paired with the sound judgment to know when to navigate challenges independently and when to escalate for strategic guidance.
