This role involves leading sales and strategic initiatives to modernize public sector data storage infrastructure, building strong customer relationships, and promoting innovative data management solutions within the SLED sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycle within the SLED sector to meet revenue targets
Position and evangelize Everpure solutions and technology to public sector stakeholders
Lead pursuit teams to design and execute account plans addressing customer challenges
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders
Navigate complex procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
Prospect new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and outcomes
Requirements
Proven success navigating the SLED procurement process, including deep experience with RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations, alongside an understanding of working with Federal system integrators.
Demonstrated ability to prospect new logos and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a Challenger Mindset and the ability to use customer insights and a hunter's instinct.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building internal and external partnerships, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to assess and manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue, leveraging CRM tools to track success and consistently delivering referenceable business results.
Experience owning territory growth by driving the end-to-end sales cycle within the SLED sector, including identifying and securing new logo opportunities and expanding existing accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Ability to position the Everpure Platform and all-flash technology as the superior choice for public sector needs by translating complex technical benefits into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading pursuit teams including technical experts, product managers, and channel partners to design and execute account plans that solve customer challenges and ensure long-term success.
Ability to build deep-rooted relationships from the data center to the boardroom, establishing the company as a trusted advisor and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Educational or professional experience relevant to strategic sales, government procurement, or data storage industry (implied by the need for SLED market expertise and strategic sales mastery).
