The IT Systems Engineer will support and manage global IT infrastructure, including device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions, ensuring a seamless and secure technology experience for employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of devices, including procurement, setup, deployment, maintenance, patch management, reporting, and decommissioning
Provide advanced support for Windows and MacOS users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions such as Polycom and Zoom Rooms
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees have necessary IT resources and access
Design, implement, and improve IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity
Requirements
Four years of experience in IT system support, with a focus on device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS operating systems, with Linux experience considered a plus.
Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office365, Bitwarden, Envoy, and Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions Polycom and Zoom.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company.
