Job Description
The IT Systems Engineer will support and manage global IT infrastructure, including device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions, ensuring a seamless and secure technology experience for employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of devices, including procurement, setup, deployment, maintenance, patch management, reporting, and decommissioning
- Provide advanced support for Windows and MacOS users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions such as Polycom and Zoom Rooms
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees have necessary IT resources and access
- Design, implement, and improve IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity
Requirements
- Four years of experience in IT system support, with a focus on device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS operating systems, with Linux experience considered a plus.
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office365, Bitwarden, Envoy, and Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
- Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions Polycom and Zoom.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company.
