Job Description

The Associate, Office and Events role involves managing daily office operations, coordinating event planning and support for meetings and gatherings, and fostering a welcoming and organized work environment at Pivot Energy's Denver headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and support company events, including board and leadership gatherings, team meetings, and office initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and well-functioning office environment
  • Support team needs through administrative partnership and problem-solving

Requirements

  • The candidate must be located in Denver and able to provide daily in-person support at the Denver office.
  • The candidate must have experience in managing office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • The candidate must serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, indicating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The candidate must be proactive and detail-oriented in managing office operations and events.
  • The candidate must have experience in planning and supporting events such as board and leadership gatherings, team and company meetings, lunches, and office events and initiatives.
