Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Associate supports the recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and screening candidates for solar and energy storage projects, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and assisting with onboarding in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for solar and storage projects across the U.S.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure completion of hiring manager training, and assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating interview panels.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding by ensuring smooth handover between recruitment and new hire processes.
- Contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts by sourcing diverse talent and observing bias mitigation in hiring practices.
Requirements
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner by identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent for solar plus storage projects across the United States.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure they have completed hiring manager training, and assist in screening initial resumes, scheduling interviews and interview panels, and managing the candidate experience through the hiring process.
- Support the employee onboarding process, ensuring the handover between recruitment and new hire processes is tightly interwoven, and take on increasing responsibility in onboarding over time.
- Work from the office on a hybrid schedule at the Denver, CO office.
