Job Description
The Associate in Utility Operations at Pivot Energy is responsible for supporting community solar project execution, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the achievement of enrollment and revenue goals through project coordination and client engagement within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to complex projects and optimize processes at scale.
- Manage program operations and serve customer needs.
- Execute community solar subscriptions for clients.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, project, state, and utility program details.
- Support achievement of business objectives related to enrollment and revenue recognition.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in work processes.
- Collaborate with multifunctional project teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of community solar or renewable energy, adhering to standard operating procedures, as well as project, state, and utility program details.
- Experience working on complex projects that demonstrate the ability to balance competing priorities and successfully communicate across a broader team.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with both internal and external audiences professionally.
- Support for data-driven department growth and process orientation.
- Ability to contribute to multifunctional project teams and execute community solar subscriptions for both Pivot Energy and third-party clients.
