Job Description
The Business Development Director Hubs is responsible for leading regional hub teams, driving growth and strategic alignment in engineered projects, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional Hub Leaders to ensure strategic alignment and leadership capability.
- Align Hub strategies with industry managers and segment objectives to drive cohesive execution.
- Monitor and drive growth in the Application Engineered Projects (AEP) pipeline for increased pursuit velocity and profitability.
- Ensure deployment of enablement tools, processes, and best practices across regions for scalable success.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and regional teams to support national growth initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Utilize forecasting, CRM insights, and pursuit tracking to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Guide Hub teams using segment strategy playbooks and enablement materials to meet defined goals and metrics.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and high-impact initiatives.
- Contribute to shaping and executing the national growth strategy and market expansion efforts.
- Drive customer value by understanding customer needs and delivering engineered solutions.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic operations.
- Proven success in leading cross-regional teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of engineered solutions and application-based selling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Must be able to travel by air, including occasional overseas travel for extended periods and occasional domestic travel.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
