Job Description
The Business Development Director Hubs is responsible for leading regional hub teams to drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment in engineered application projects, while fostering leadership, collaboration, and market expansion across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional Hub Leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Align Hub strategies with Industry Managers and segment objectives to drive cohesive execution
- Monitor and drive growth in the Application Engineered Projects (AEP) pipeline for increased pursuit velocity and profitability
- Ensure deployment of enablement tools, processes, and best practices across regions
- Collaborate with sales leadership and regional teams to support growth initiatives and strategic priorities
- Utilize forecasting, CRM insights, and pursuit tracking to inform decision-making and optimize performance
- Guide Hub teams using segment strategy playbooks and enablement materials to meet defined goals
- Engage with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Contribute to shaping the national growth strategy through high-impact initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Ten (10) years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic operations.
- Proven success in leading cross-regional teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of engineered solutions and application-based selling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to collaborate with others, build relationships, and involve others in decision making.
- Ability to deliver results by solving or supporting others in solving problems, prioritizing tasks, and focusing on outcomes.
- Ability to develop and adapt strategies, communicate convincingly, and regularly track how strategies have been achieved.
- Ability to develop people and teams by providing developmental opportunities, delegating work, and building effective teams.
- Self-awareness and willingness to learn and grow, accept changes, and adapt to changing work demands.
- Ability to drive customer value through knowledge of the business, identifying customer needs, and delivering work to maximize customer value.

- Must be able to travel by air, including occasional overseas travel for extended periods and occasional domestic travel.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
