Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, building strong stakeholder relationships, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience to support the company's growth in the clean energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting independently across various roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, aligning compensation with market benchmarks and company objectives.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks in the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive recruitment outcomes and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high growth or mission driven companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to be seen as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and following through with limited direction.
  • Collaborative ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, using metrics to inform recruiting strategy and measure success.
  • Creative and resourceful, able to think outside the box and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
  • Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
