Job Description
The Inside Sales - HVAC role involves managing direct-to-consumer leads and inquiries related to energy products, providing support throughout the sales process, and promoting customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities within a fast-paced clean tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day direct-to-consumer lead management and sales completion for energy products.
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via chat and calls, ensuring high service levels.
- Support and guide internal teams and customers through sales processes and project pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and internal workflows.
- Engage with customers to upsell products, promote referral programs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address friction points in ecommerce and workflow processes to optimize customer journeys.
- Work with technology teams to implement and improve self-service workflows for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) preferred.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Sales and Customer service mindset.
- Problem solver.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including G Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or Energy industry preferred.
- HVAC sales experience.
- Product knowledge preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
