Job Description
The Inside Sales - HVAC role involves managing direct-to-consumer leads and inquiries related to renewable energy products, providing customer support, promoting products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound ecommerce customer inquiries and support tickets promptly and effectively.
- Guide and support the sales process through multiple touchpoints to complete energy product sales.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, sales teams, and operational groups to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
- Engage with customers to upsell products and promote referral programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve ecommerce customer journeys and resolve friction points.
- Implement and optimize customer self-service workflows to enhance experience and reduce costs.
- Monitor and meet service level objectives for response times and support queues.
- Assist in the development and support of ambassador sales, ecommerce sales, and corporate partner account services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Experience in sales and customer service roles.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with G Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the construction or energy industry is preferred.
- HVAC sales experience is preferred.
- Product knowledge related to energy or HVAC systems is preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
