Job Description
The Inside Sales - HVAC role involves managing direct-to-consumer leads and inquiries related to renewable energy products, providing customer support, promoting products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound ecommerce customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Guide and support customers through the sales process to complete energy product sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer service levels meet or exceed standards.
- Engage with customers to upsell products and promote referral programs.
- Collaborate with sales, technology, and marketplace teams on new product launches and process improvements.
- Identify and resolve friction points in ecommerce workflows to enhance customer experience.
- Work with technology teams to implement self-service workflows and improve customer journey tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) preferred.
- Bilingual and proficient in Spanish.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Sales and Customer service mindset.
- Problem solver.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including G Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or Energy industry preferred.
- HVAC sales experience preferred.
- Product knowledge preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
