• Systems Optimization: Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, ensuring site designs and permissions structures adhere strictly to established corporate data-governance baselines.
• Infrastructure Scaling: Adapt and scale global infrastructure to accommodate rapid international expansion. Build and manage automated, zero-touch deployment frameworks for a mixed-OS fleet (Windows & Mac) using modern, unified endpoint management tools like JumpCloud, NinjaOne, or Kandji/Iru, ensuring seamless hardware delivery and security compliance for offshore staff.
• Vulnerability Remediation: Partner directly with the Information Security Team to swiftly execute technical tasks required to remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities within SOC2 and ISO frameworks.
• DR & BCP Alignment: Assist in the testing and technical maintenance of corporate Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Technical Baselines: Establish and enforce configuration baselines for all managed workstations to eliminate configuration drift across the global fleet.
• L2+ Operations: Provide high-level technical support for complex hardware, network, and cloud software issues that exceed standard service desk capabilities.
• Observability & Monitoring: Deploy and fine-tune infrastructure monitoring tools to proactively track global system health and maintain situational awareness.
• Vendor & Stack Administration: Coordinate with SaaS and infrastructure vendors to resolve systemic bugs, manage API integrations, and provide deep technical administration for Google Workspace, Azure/GCP, and EDR systems.
• ITIL Service Delivery: Follow disciplined ITIL frameworks for incident, request, and rigorous Change Management to ensure minimal business disruption.
• AI-Augmented Engineering: Proactively leverage generative AI tools to validate administrative scripts, synthesize technical data, and rapidly author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
