Job Description
The Vice President of Growth will lead the Australian expansion strategy for Omnidian, focusing on acquiring, retaining, and expanding residential solar client portfolios through strategic leadership in sales, marketing, and business development, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Australian growth strategy for residential solar client portfolios
- Drive long-term value through winning, retaining, and expanding client accounts
- Manage and support a high-performing team across Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
- Develop and execute complex deal strategies and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations to shape market-leading solutions
- Shape and implement the national growth strategy while maintaining close market and customer engagement
Requirements
- Experience in leading growth strategy and driving long-term value across portfolios of residential solar clients.
- Proven track record in senior sales and commercial leadership roles within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Ability to win, retain, and expand residential client portfolios, supported by experience in managing commercial opportunities.
- Experience leading a small, high-performing team across Business Development, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- Hands-on experience in complex deal strategy and execution.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to shape market-leading solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategy, partnerships, and product alignment at an executive level.
- Ability to shape and implement national growth strategy while remaining close to customers and the market.
- Experience in the Australian renewable energy market or similar markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills suitable for a senior executive role.
