Job Description
The Product Manager for Australia is responsible for leading the localized expansion of Omnidian's software services, transforming business requirements into impactful products while ensuring alignment with global systems and addressing local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the development of the Australian product domain, translating broad business requirements into high-impact software services products.
- Build and implement scalable, automated infrastructure to support the company's growth in Australia.
- Conduct deep market research and customer empathy to ensure products meet local Australian needs while aligning with global systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to make executive-level trade-off decisions and ensure flawless technical execution.
- Act as the architect of localized expansion, ensuring the product strategy supports regional growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, including taking broad business requirements and turning them into high-impact software services products.
- Ability to navigate deep market research and customer empathy to inform product development.
- Experience in leading executive-level trade-off conversations related to product features, scope, and priorities.
- Proven ability to ensure flawless technical execution of product initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build products with key local Australian needs in mind while maintaining alignment with global systems and toolset.
- Strong leadership skills across the entire product stack, including technical understanding and strategic planning.
- Experience in building scalable, automated infrastructure to support business growth.
- Ability to act as the owner of the Australian product domain, with responsibility for localized expansion.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including engineering, market research, and customer support.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications and product features.
