Job Description
A Service Engineer at Omnidian is responsible for diagnosing and resolving solar system performance issues, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements to enhance service quality in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve solar system performance issues
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges in solar systems
- Mentor and train team members
- Develop and implement scalable processes for service delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations
Requirements
- Possess engineering expertise, critical thinking, and leadership skills to identify and resolve technical challenges related to solar system performance.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving solar system performance issues.
- Ability to build scalable processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Location must be in Australia; preference for candidates based in Western or Eastern Australia, but location is flexible for the right person.
- Must have a strong passion for renewable energy and problem-solving capabilities.
