Job Description
The Strategy Operations Analyst AI Specialist at Amber is responsible for leveraging data and AI to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance analysis and decision-making processes across the company's energy solutions and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the use of data and AI to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows
- Enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes through AI tools
Requirements
- A full-time Strategy Operations Analyst AI Specialist role to be based ideally from Melbourne, Australia, with flexibility to work from home or in a co-working space, and candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
- Experience in building and scaling the use of data and AI to improve operational efficiency, including identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions to create leverage in workflows, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with curiosity about AI and eagerness to experiment and deliver tangible impact.
- Ability to work across Operations, Product, and Technology teams to support the integration of AI and automation into workflows.
- Experience in simplifying manual workflows through automation and improving analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes using AI.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation to create operational leverage.
- Experience working in a fast-growing environment, ideally within the energy, technology, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including a screening interview, a live case study interview with a Senior Strategy Operations Manager, a discussion with team members, and a final interview with the Director of Operations.
