Job Description
The Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with commercial field service partners, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve long-term success in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with top volume Commercial Field Service Partners (FSPs).
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class service experience to partners.
- Collaborate with Commercial Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to support partner performance and engagement.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction and long-term success.
Requirements
- Manage and grow relationships with top volume Commercial Field Service Partners (FSPs) to ensure a best-in-class service delivery experience.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to support partner performance and engagement.
- Serve as a key liaison between Omnidian and the FSP network to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term success.
