Job Description

The Director of Client Success, Residential Markets, is responsible for managing and growing major national-scale solar client partnerships by ensuring client satisfaction, aligning asset management products with client objectives, and serving as the strategic liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle, satisfaction, and commercial growth of major solar financing and operations clients.
  • Serve as the strategic architect for national-scale partnerships.
  • Bridge the gap between large-scale residential portfolios and internal execution teams.
  • Ensure asset management products align with the strategic objectives of financiers and asset owners.

Requirements

  • Own the lifecycle, satisfaction, and commercial growth of major solar financing and operations clients who rely on Omnidian for comprehensive technical and financial asset management.
  • Serve as the strategic architect for Omnidian's most significant national-scale partnerships in the residential markets.
  • Bridge the gap between partners' large-scale residential portfolios and internal execution teams to ensure alignment of asset management products.
  • Ensure that asset management products ranging from technical performance monitoring to financial reporting align perfectly with the strategic objectives of national-level financiers and asset owners.
