Job Description
A Strategy Operations Analyst AI Specialist at Amber is responsible for leveraging data and AI to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance analysis and decision-making across teams, supporting the company's mission to accelerate the renewable energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the use of data and AI to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows
- Enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes through AI tools
Requirements
- A full-time Strategy Operations Analyst AI Specialist role to be based ideally from Melbourne, Australia, with flexibility for remote work within Australia, and candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
- Experience in building and scaling the use of data and AI to improve operational efficiency, including identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions to create leverage in workflows, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with curiosity about AI and eagerness to experiment and deliver tangible impact.
- Ability to work across Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.
- Experience in simplifying manual workflows through automation and improving analysis and reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a rapidly growing team of over 150 people.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including a screening interview, live case study interview with a Senior Strategy Operations Manager, a discussion with two Strategy Operations team members, and a final interview with the Director of Operations.
