Job Description
The Senior People Business Partner is responsible for managing key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation, while partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key areas of HR functions including employee relations, benefits, and compensation
- Partner with leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives
- Oversee various HR operations and processes
- Utilize data and analytics to support HR decision-making
- Support organizational growth and scaling efforts through HR strategies
Requirements
- Experience in employee relations, benefits, and compensation with the depth of knowledge needed to manage a variety of HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment of HR functions with business objectives.
- Based near the headquarters in Seattle and able to commit to a hybrid schedule for more face-to-face interactions with team members.
