Job Description
The role involves leading the development and execution of Amperity’s AI product strategy, integrating advanced AI capabilities such as predictive modeling and LLMs into customer data platforms, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, responsible AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the multi-year AI product strategy to differentiate the platform
- Establish and promote AI principles, responsible AI criteria, and product philosophy
- Lead long-term planning, portfolio prioritization, and investment decisions for AI and ML products
- Own the product lifecycle for AI-powered capabilities from ideation to continuous improvement
- Integrate LLMs, predictive models, personalization engines, and automation into core workflows
- Translate complex ML capabilities into accessible user experiences to drive adoption
- Ensure AI features balance performance, explainability, safety, and reliability
- Partner with engineering and GTM teams to deliver AI products at scale
- Influence executive stakeholders and build alignment with customers and partners on AI strategy
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, designers, and AI contributors
- Shape operational mechanisms for efficient and consistent delivery of AI initiatives
- Represent Amperity’s AI strategy externally through talks, publications, and industry collaborations
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in product management, AI ML platforms, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS with deep experience leading AI-centric product lines.
- Proven track record driving product strategy for large, data-intensive, or AI-driven products with enterprise customers.
- Experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and technical contributors.
- Strong technical fluency with Machine Learning concepts able to partner deeply with engineering teams on topics such as entity resolution, probabilistic modeling, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, predictive modeling, and personalization.
- Experience with data governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Demonstrated ability to define and achieve measurable business outcomes, with experience in revenue-linked KPIs.
- Significant experience operating cross-functionally in complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in MarTech, AdTech, or customer data platforms.
- Prior experience scaling AI features within cloud or data-intensive environments such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
