Job Description
The Operations Support Officer coordinates and supports field operations for solar service delivery, including scheduling, customer communication, and liaising with technicians and service providers to ensure efficient and effective service across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver field operations across multiple states
- Schedule jobs, set appointments, and create routes
- Communicate with customers and liaise with technicians and third-party service providers
- Validate technical documentation related to solar system services
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Ensure effective resource allocation and system accuracy to optimize service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating and delivering field operations across multiple states.
- Ability to schedule jobs, set appointments, and create routes for service delivery.
- Proficiency in customer communication, including inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience in validating technical documentation related to solar PV systems.
- Ability to liaise effectively with technicians and third-party service providers.
- Ensuring optimal service delivery through effective resource allocation and system accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to support operational consistency and shared responsibility within a team.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to coordinate between different departments and stakeholders.
