Job Description

A hands-on, entrepreneurial sales role focused on developing and closing commercial and industrial solar contracts in Australia, while establishing partnerships with OEMs and building relationships with key decision makers across various sectors to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new Commercial Industrial (C I) O M contracts in Victoria or NSW
  • Establish new partnerships with OEMs to develop referral and service models
  • Meet clients face-to-face, visit sites, and develop proposals
  • Build relationships with decision makers in government, education, retail, asset management, and commercial property sectors
  • Shape and implement the sales strategy and go-to-market approach

Requirements

  • Experience in creating opportunities and closing deals in a sales environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to drive new Commercial Industrial (C I O M) contracts across Victoria or NSW.
  • Experience in opening new partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to establish referral and service models.
  • Ability to meet clients face-to-face, visit sites, develop proposals, and build relationships with decision makers in government, education, retail, asset management, and commercial property groups.
  • Proven ability to shape sales strategies and go-to-market approaches as the first dedicated sales hire in this space.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and involved in all aspects of the sales process, including visiting sites and developing proposals.
