Requirements
Have at least 10 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated experience in building or leading impactful initiatives at scale.
Possess real experience with a sharp instinct for what matters and a bit of fire in your belly to use it for something good.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively without direct reports, leading by enthusiasm and influence.
Show a track record of shaping strategy, launching products, scaling operations, or turning chaos into clarity.
Be capable of working independently without needing a manager to tell you what needs doing, and be proactive in spotting gaps and getting involved.
Prioritize effectiveness and efficiency over adherence to backlogs or business case writing.
Exhibit accountability without reliance on formal processes, and responsibility without functional shoulder pads.
Have experience in roles related to operations, tech, customer, product, commercial, or strategy, or demonstrate the ability to adapt across these areas.
Be able to go from an idea to live implementation within days, not months.
Possess the ability to own, live, and feel accountability, and to communicate effectively in a manner that demonstrates ownership.
