Job Description
A senior Technical Project Manager responsible for planning and executing projects related to the implementation of new tools and services in the electric vehicle leasing industry, ensuring successful delivery through complex integrations and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from high-level planning with senior management to hands-on implementation
- Manage complex integrations and guide teams through change
- Coordinate the introduction of new tools and services to meet business needs
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Ability to manage project delivery from high-level planning with senior management to hands-on implementation.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex integrations.
- Experience guiding teams through change management processes with confidence.
- Ability to coordinate and deliver improvements and the introduction of new tools and services to meet growing business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with senior management and technical teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, preferably within the electric vehicle, energy, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects within a 6-month contract timeframe.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices relevant to technical projects.
- Physical and mental capacity to handle the responsibilities of a senior individual contributor role, including high-level planning and detailed implementation tasks.
