A Sales Trainer responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales teams in the electric vehicle leasing industry, aiming to enhance skills, accelerate onboarding, and improve sales performance while embodying the company's culture.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales team members
Enhance sales team skills and confidence through coaching and methodology reinforcement
Manage the entire training lifecycle to improve speed-to-competency and sales conversion rates
Requirements
Experience in delivering sales training, including onboarding new recruits and conducting advanced coaching for established teams.
Ability to increase speed-to-competency for new hires and drive conversion improvements across sales teams.
Proficiency in developing and delivering training that effectively communicates sales methodology and company culture.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques relevant to the electric vehicle leasing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate sales staff during training sessions.
Ability to own and manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from onboarding to advanced coaching.
Willingness to work in an office environment located in Weybridge 2-3 days per week.
Experience in creating engaging learning journeys and bridging the gap between potential and performance.
Demonstrated ability to breathe life into sales methodology and ensure training is impactful and memorable.
