Job Description
The Team Lead Software Engineering is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a modern, scalable tech platform that supports the company's growth in renewable energy solutions, leading an engineering team and making impactful technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership für Strategie, Roadmap und Delivery der technologischen Plattform übernehmen
- Eigenes Engineering-Team aufbauen und leiten
- Technologische Entscheidungen treffen, die den Impact des Unternehmens vorantreiben
- Entwicklung einer daten- und AI-getriebenen Kunden-Web-App
- Automatisierung komplexer Installationsprozesse
- Schaffung der Infrastruktur für effiziente Skalierung der Plattform
Requirements
- Ownership for Strategy, Roadmap, and Delivery of engineering projects
- Ability to build and lead a strong engineering team
- Experience in making clear and impactful technical decisions
- Experience in developing and managing a modern, scalable, and cloud-based technological platform
- Experience in developing data- and AI-driven customer web applications
- Experience in automating complex installation processes
- Experience in creating infrastructure for efficient scaling of technology solutions
