This role involves supporting the People Operations team at Planet by handling administrative tasks related to HR processes, employee onboarding, data management, and office support in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR office administration and employee lifecycle tasks
Assist with data entry, filing, and management of HR documents and employee files
Help prepare and process new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS systems
Provide general office support to the People Team to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
Currently enrolled as a student at a German university, ideally in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.
A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Fluency in both English and German.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity software.
A solid sense of responsibility and integrity.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
