Requirements
Self-driven customer operations specialist with the ability to actively engage with customers in all matters related to customer operations
Ability to deliver the best customer service to customers and ensure they have delightful, memorable experiences
Willingness to work in a founding phase environment where the role involves building processes from scratch and influencing service provision
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
