Job Description
A customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring positive experiences for clients in the electric vehicle leasing industry, with opportunities to influence service delivery and grow into leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support related to customer operations
- Ensure customers have positive and memorable experiences
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and processes related to electric vehicle leasing
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes
Requirements
- Self-driven customer operations specialist with the ability to actively engage with customers in all matters related to customer operations
- Ability to deliver the best customer service to customers and ensure they have delightful, memorable experiences
- Willingness to work in a founding phase environment where the role involves building processes from scratch and influencing service provision
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Proficiency in English, as applications will be reviewed by the UK Talent team and CVs should be uploaded in English
