Job Description

The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Kraken's Residential Flex product for enterprise clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to optimize distributed energy resources and support the transition to sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation of the Residential Flex product for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver project results.
Understand Kraken's technology, client needs, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities effectively.
Integrate technology, people, and processes to develop innovative improvements for clients.
Support clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and act as a client liaison.

Requirements

Experience in managing end-to-end implementation of technology products or projects, specifically in a client delivery context.
Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver results for the client’s project or business needs.
Strong understanding of how Kraken’s technology works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working that are aligned with Kraken’s development style.
Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
Proficiency in managing projects related to the implementation of distributed energy resources (DERs) such as electric vehicles, home batteries, heat pumps, and smart thermostats.
Experience supporting enterprise clients, particularly in the European market, through their technology transformation journeys.
Understanding of energy industry concepts such as grid resilience, tariffs, customer engagement, and decarbonization at scale.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as the role involves communication with international clients and teams.
