The role involves leading Strategy and Operations for Celonis's global sales teams outside the core regional sales, focusing on defining go-to-market strategies, optimizing processes, supporting business performance, and building a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategy and Operations for outside sales teams to define and evolve the GTM approach.
Establish and monitor key metrics, KPIs, and processes to unify sales functions.
Support programs that generate pipeline, close deals, and enhance customer delivery.
Manage day-to-day business operations including performance, compensation, planning, and forecasting.
Engage with regional sales leadership to gather feedback and improve GTM productivity.
Build and scale a high-performance, motivated operations team.
Requirements
Proven ability to be a critical and thoughtful business partner, capable of challenging and supporting the sales organization
Proven ability to develop, coach, and inspire a highly motivated team of Operations professionals
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS selling, including market positioning
Knowledge of working with partners and establishing ecosystem-awareness and engagement within a sales team
Ability to operate effectively in a global environment, with consideration for balancing global standardization with localization for impact
