Job Description
Assist the DACH field marketing team in executing marketing programs and events, supporting demand generation activities, and analyzing campaign performance to help drive business growth for Celonis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of marketing programs and events targeting specific audiences
- Organize and execute regional programs including field events, account-based marketing plans, and industry campaigns
- Collect and analyze campaign performance data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the BDR organization on lead routing and follow-up
- Execute account-based marketing initiatives with the field marketing team and account managers
- Research third-party industry events and media partnerships to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Manage webinar setup and hosting in On24 for webinars and series
- Coordinate with demand generation teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders on campaigns and asset localization
Requirements
- Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or other related degree
- Prior experience in marketing and campaign management is a plus
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up and strong follow-through
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
