Job Description

The Senior Client Onboarding Executive is responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, acting as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, and supporting the deployment and configuration of solutions in collaboration with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end implementation and onboarding experience for new clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer needs and systems
  • Deploy and configure new ways of working, systems, and process solutions in collaboration with multiple departments
  • Support scheme setup and client-facing launch activities
  • Establish a deep understanding of client requirements and act as the primary post-sale contact
  • Advise internal teams on best practices for onboarding and implementation

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering end-to-end implementation and onboarding processes for new clients, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert on customers and systems.
  • Ability to deploy and configure new ways of working, systems, and process solutions in partnership with multiple departments to support implementation of scheme set ups and client-facing launches.
  • Experience supporting post-sale client relationships as the primary contact, establishing a deep understanding of client requirements.
  • Ability to support and advise the Onboarding Team, Business Development, and Account Management Teams on best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing client onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills to act as the primary post-sale contact and effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable onboarding steps.
  • Experience working within a customer-focused environment, preferably in the electric vehicle or energy sectors (preferred but not explicitly mandatory).
  • Educational background or professional experience relevant to client onboarding, systems deployment, or project management (specific education requirements not explicitly stated but implied).
