Job Description
A Senior AI Engineer responsible for building and scaling systems that enable the use of Generative AI models, such as LLMs and RAG, to support AI projects aimed at advancing sustainable energy solutions and moving towards a low-carbon future.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale systems enabling the use of Generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG, and agents
- Develop scalable infrastructure, platforms, or shared services for AI deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop flagship AI projects
- Establish and improve best practices for working with AI within the company
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems related to AI solutions that support the company's mission toward Net Zero
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling systems that allow teams to use Generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG, and agents, including developing platforms, shared services, or other scalable infrastructure.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team to build out flagship AI projects.
- Proven experience in developing solutions that contribute to environmental sustainability and help move organizations closer to Net Zero goals.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, figuring out approaches quickly, and validating solutions fast.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and infrastructure relevant to Generative AI and large language models.
- Ability to take ownership of AI system development and scaling initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle wide open and complex problems.
