Job Description
A Sales Manager role focused on building and leading the sales efforts for a new electric vehicle leasing business in Germany, responsible for acquiring initial customers, developing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to support the company's growth in the EV market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the sales team in Germany.
- Win initial customers and establish the company's presence in the market.
- Persuade and close deals with clients to lease electric vehicles.
- Understand customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Work directly with the General Manager to develop sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role with a track record of winning customers and closing deals.
- Strong persuasion, customer service, and client needs understanding skills.
- Ability to build, train, and lead a sales team under your leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company effectively as the face of the company.
- Ability to work directly with the General Manager and contribute to building the EV leasing business in Germany from the ground up.
- Demonstrated drive and expertise to contribute to rapid growth and building the biggest EV platform in Germany.
- Experience in the electric vehicle or green energy sector is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Ability to operate in a startup environment, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Commitment to providing the best possible service to customers and accelerating the EV transition.
