Job Description
This role involves supporting the expansion and activities of the Celonis Academic Alliance by delivering lectures, managing relationships with universities, and assisting with strategic initiatives related to Process Mining and Process Intelligence education for university students in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of strategies to expand Academic Alliance activities in universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Deliver in-person and online guest lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students
- Maintain and support internal reporting using Celonis software and CRM tools
- Assist with team projects such as the Celonis Global Internship Program and Process Mining Job Portal
- Manage existing relationships and develop new alliances and campaigns targeting students in the DACH region
- Engage with students, professors, and student initiatives to support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes end-to-end
Requirements
- At least 6 months of part-time availability from January 2026 onwards.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German; further European languages are a plus.
- Being a BSc or MSc student in a technical field such as industrial engineering, informatics, data science, or a similar field, or in a business administration degree.
- Eagerness to become an expert in Celonis software.
- Strong communicative and presentation skills, demonstrated through extracurricular work or previous engagements.
- Ability to take the lead, work self-responsibly, and be structured.
