Job Description
The Portfolio Associate will manage and optimize a large renewable development portfolio across Europe, supporting decision-making and value creation through data analysis, stakeholder communication, and project development from early stages to ready-to-build, including leading exit strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the development portfolio across multiple countries and maturity stages.
- Support decision-making and value creation for portfolio companies by providing data and insights.
- Lead efforts to maximize value of projects from early-stage land acquisition to ready-to-build phase and exits.
Requirements
- Experience in managing or supporting development investments in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on project development from early-stage land to ready-to-build phases.
- Strong understanding of renewables development processes and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data related to project development and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and updates to team members and senior stakeholders, including board directors and fund managers.
- Experience supporting decision-making processes and value creation strategies for portfolio companies.
- Ability to lead or support the value maximization of projects throughout their development journey, including leading on exits.
- Commercially minded with a focus on maximizing project value and investment returns.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, specifically in Europe, managing development portfolios spanning different maturity stages.
