Job Description
The Partnerships Manager at Octopus Energy ECO is responsible for managing outsourced partnerships to deliver the government ECO Scheme, focusing on operational management, stakeholder communication, and performance oversight to improve energy efficiency for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational relationships with third-party partners delivering ECO measures
- Oversee procurement processes for ECO GBIS measures
- Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced partners
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Travel to meet with partners nationwide and internal teams as needed
Requirements
- Experience in operational management of a large portfolio of third-party partners delivering energy efficiency measures or similar schemes.
- Ability to manage procurement processes and performance management of outsourced partnerships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate daily collaboration across multiple internal and external teams.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners nationwide and Octopus teams based in the Midlands.
