Job Description
A Technical Assurance professional responsible for ensuring the mechanical safety, compliance, and quality of Cosy heat pump installations, supporting third-party installers, and acting as a technical liaison within the Octopus Energy Heat Pump team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure mechanical safety, compliance, and quality of Cosy heat pump installations by third-party providers
- Support and resolve complex technical queries and escalations related to heat pump installations
- Act as a technical point of contact between OTPs, design engineers, and internal teams to uphold standards
Requirements
- Solid understanding of ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) systems and heating integration.
- Experience supporting the mechanical safety, compliance, and quality of heat pump installations.
- Ability to ensure installations carried out by third parties meet expected mechanical and technical standards.
- Experience supporting complex queries related to heat pump installations and resolving escalations effectively.
- Ability to act as a technical point of contact between OTPs, technical design engineers, and wider Octopus Energy Services teams.
- Experience in managing issues end-to-end and upholding technical standards in heat pump installation projects.
