Job Description
The Head of Operations will lead the development and execution of operational strategies for launching and scaling the electric vehicle leasing business in Germany, focusing on customer-centric processes, digital customer experience, and building the company's presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, own, and drive operational initiatives from the ground up for the EV leasing business in Germany.
- Ensure operational execution with a focus on customer centricity and the digital customer journey.
- Establish and maintain high-precision, smooth processes to support business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling operations from the ground up, with a proven track record of initiating and driving initiatives independently.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership, specifically the General Manager, and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
- Strong focus on operational execution with high precision and the ability to develop and maintain smooth processes.
- Experience in managing customer-centric operations and digital customer journeys.
- High degree of autonomy and responsibility in managing operational tasks and initiatives.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to leave a significant impact within the organization.
