Job Description
A strategic and autonomous B2B Marketing Manager role focused on building and driving marketing initiatives from the ground up for a new electric vehicle leasing business in Germany, aimed at accelerating the EV transition and establishing a leading platform in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, own, and drive B2B marketing initiatives from the ground up in Germany.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of the EV leasing business.
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager to shape marketing plans and campaigns.
- Create awareness and demand for the EV leasing platform among B2B customers.
- Drive initiatives to establish the company's presence and market share in Germany.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, including building and driving marketing initiatives from the ground up.
- Ability to work directly with the General Manager and be one of the first key hires in the German market.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, resourceful attitude, capable of building, owning, and driving initiatives independently.
- Strong autonomy and responsibility in managing marketing projects and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and influence the development of a new business platform in Germany.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to support rapid growth and market entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on scaling and building a new business platform.
- Willingness to take ownership of marketing activities and initiatives related to the launch and growth of the EV leasing business in Germany.
