Job Description
A Customer Operations Specialist at Electroverse is responsible for engaging with customers via email and online chat, managing operational processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience as part of a team focused on expanding and improving EV charging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat
- Manage and execute operational processes related to customer accounts and services
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Ability to speak to customers over email and online chat and handle operational processes related to customer support.
- Standard working hours of either 37.5 or 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work from the London office and remotely 2-3 days a week.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
