Job Description
A full-stack Senior Software Engineer role focused on building and validating a new electric vehicle leasing platform in Germany, working closely with the local management team to rapidly develop solutions that enable business growth and market entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and validate the product for the German EV leasing market from the ground up.
- Develop and ship minimum viable solutions quickly to enable business growth.
- Collaborate directly with the country General Manager to align technical development with business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience as a full-stack developer with the ability to quickly ship minimum viable solutions and directly enable business growth.
- Ability to work directly with the country General Manager to rapidly build and validate the product for the German market.
- Proficiency in building and validating software products in a startup environment with a focus on launching new services.
- Strong technical skills suitable for a Senior Software Engineer role, including full-stack development capabilities.
- Ability to work as one of two engineers on the project, indicating the need for self-sufficiency and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the General Manager and other team members.
- Proficiency in English, as the CV must be submitted in English.
