Job Description
A full-stack Software Engineer role focused on building and validating a new electric vehicle leasing platform for the German market, working closely with the leadership team to enable rapid business growth and product development from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to build and validate the product for the German market.
- Develop and ship minimum viable solutions quickly to enable business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software components for the EV leasing platform.
- Implement features that support the launch and scaling of the EV leasing business in Germany.
Requirements
- Experience as a full-stack developer with the ability to quickly ship minimum viable solutions and directly enable business growth.
- Ability to work directly with the country General Manager to rapidly build and validate the product for the German market.
- Proficiency in building software solutions from the ground up, indicating experience in developing new systems or platforms.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles applicable to building a new EV leasing platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to enable rapid development and validation of the product.
- Ability to work as one of two engineers on the project, demonstrating capability to operate independently and collaboratively in a small team.
- Fluency in English, as the application requires submitting a CV in English.
