Job Description
The Commercial Insights Manager will analyze data to inform strategic decisions, optimize pricing and product offerings, and identify growth opportunities to support the expansion of Octopus Electric Vehicles' market-leading salary sacrifice product in a dynamic, fast-growing green business.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform data into strategic insights for the Salary Sacrifice product.
- Analyze complex commercial questions related to pricing, product mix, and new opportunities.
- Inform and support strategic decision-making across the business through in-depth analysis.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy consulting or a similar analytical role with a strong track record of using data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a highly varied role, supporting the growth of a business through in-depth analysis of commercial questions such as pricing, product mix, and identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that directly inform strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of commercial metrics and the ability to tackle complex and critical commercial questions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, dynamic team and communicate insights effectively to support business growth and profitability.
- Willingness and ability to work in the office in Central London a minimum of 3 days per week.
