The Senior Client Onboarding Executive is responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, acting as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to support implementation and client launches.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end implementation and onboarding experience for new clients
Act as a subject matter expert on customer systems and requirements
Deploy and configure new systems, processes, and ways of working in collaboration with multiple departments
Support scheme setup and client-facing launch activities
Establish a deep understanding of client requirements and serve as the primary post-sale contact
Advise internal teams on best practices for onboarding and implementation
Requirements
Up to 5 years of experience in project management or a related client onboarding role.
Strong background in project management, including deploying and configuring systems, processes, and ways of working.
Ability to act as a subject matter expert on customers and systems involved in client onboarding.
Experience supporting the implementation of scheme set ups and client-facing launches.
Capability to establish a deep understanding of client requirements and advise internal teams on best practices.
Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients.
Ability to support multiple departments in deploying and configuring new systems and process solutions.
Experience in delivering end-to-end implementation and onboarding experiences for new clients.
